My 20,000th song played on Last.fm was...
Safari by Holy Fuck. I'm kinda glad it was something with an offensive name, it appeals to my childish streak!

Plenty of gig action this week, so much in fact that I couldn't get to all of it. I decided not to do a full review of the Curfew event as I only got to go to the middle night of it and I don't recall all of it due to drinking! My instinctive responses were that Tracer AMC were on great form, Julip and Bats were both good, You're Only Massive were entertaining hip hop, Estel weren't good and I don't even remember Adebisi Shank at all. Whoops. I saw Robyn G Shiels again last night and he was good again, this time with a four piece and very little overlap from the return of the power trio gig the other week. It was also my first ever encounter with Cashier No9 as they don't play much. A bit harder hitting than the recordings worth a look. Desert Hearts tonight folks.
